Unisphere Wins the 1st Round of Copernicus Incubation

Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany - It is our pleasure to announce that Unisphere is among the 7 winners of the first round of Copernicus Incubation. According to the expert panel, our proposal to improve the Unisphere Flight Management Platform with big data produced by Earth observation has huge potential for the creation of innovative products and services.

We are looking forward to enhance our Flight Management Platform by integrating near real-time Copernicus satellite data.

Copernicus is the European system for monitoring the Earth, coordinated and managed by the European Commission. It consists of a complex set of systems which collect data from multiple sources: earth observation satellites and in situ sensors such as ground stations, airborne sensors and sea-borne sensors. The Copernicus Incubation Program was launched in 2018. It supports rise and international growth of Copernicus data and services based start-ups in Europe.
